At the beginning of the semester, my multi-channel copywriting professor, Professor Brownlee, asked the class to write a paper on a nationwide issue–any problem that can be addressed with a bit of action. I chose to focus on the overproduction of single-use plastic, emphasizing how normalized it has become to purchase everyday products, destined for the trash after one use.

By the end of the semester, we were tasked to find a brand or product that helps combat the issue and create a campaign for it. I chose a remarkable refillery store in NYC called Earth and Me Co., and developed a comprehensive campaign designed to raise awareness and inspire action.
